1. Lots will be sold, above the stated minimum price, to the highest bidder with a small charge of 10%, other than postage and insurance, if necessary.
In the case of mail bids, lots will be sold to the highest bidder who will pay only the amount of the next lower bid plus one raise.
Example: If bids for a certain lot are 100, 200 and 500 Euros, then this lot will be sold to 500 bidder for 210 Euros only (see #3.), plus 10% as stated in #1.
2. Twin mail bids will be awarded to those bearing earliest postmark, or by draw in case of similar dates.
3. All bids should raise the following minimums: |

4. Lots will be delivered to purchases after payment. Mail bidders will pay postage and insurance.
5. Although the descriptions are accurate, lots can be rejected within seven days, if it is proved they were incorrectly described. Lots comprising 4 or more items cannot be returned.
6. Any case not contemplated in the present terms, is to be decided by NFACP. |
